Internal Whistleblowing System

The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao is strongly committed to ethics and a culture of corporate compliance. In line with this commitment, the Museum has implemented a Compliance Program aimed at ensuring that all the people working in the name or on behalf of the Museum comply with the laws and regulations in force, as well as with internal procedures and policies.

The Museum guarantees the protection of any employee, manager, or third party who informs of acts that may be deemed illegal or possible infringements they are aware of in their working or professional environment. To this end, an Internal Whistleblowing System has been implemented to communicate this kind of allegations.

Reprisal Control

The Museum shall not take retaliation measures against individuals making a proper use of the Internal Whistleblowing System. Likewise, the Museum shall fight and minimize all forms of reprisal or retaliation against these individuals.
