An Educators Wiki?
The Educators Wiki is an effective tool for educating, writing and reflecting on ART in a collaborative and participatory manner.
Why was it created?
It was created to provide a space for you to share your teaching experience and broaden your own knowledge through the experience of fellow teachers and other people involved in art instruction.
It is up to you, the members of the Wiki community, to contribute and update material, and in this way share your experience and knowledge in a fun, dynamic and responsible way.
What are the goals?
The main goal of this wiki is to energize teachers by providing a space that will directly reinforce the artistic sensibility and knowledge of future generations by promoting positive attitudes and enjoyment in learning about art. The wiki also aims to:
- Promote active participation on the part of as many educators as possible.
- Facilitate the exchange of information, tools and projects that will encourage new ways in which the art education community can build and share on both a theoretical and practical level.
- Be a useful and accessible teaching tool.
- To make art education a key point of reference, open to the world, and created by the entire Wiki art education community.
