Museum Tickets

At the Museum
- Ticket office. Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:30.
NOTE: The ticket office closes half an hour before museum closing time.

- La Caixa ATM (for the rest of Spain).
NOTE: Ticket vouchers should be exchanged at the museum members ticket window

Note: Buying your tickets over the Internet saves you from standing in line at the Museum ticket office.

Tickets may not be refunded once they are issued.

To ensure that your visit is enjoyable and well organized, groups of over 20 are asked to book their tickets at least one week in advance.

Online:
- Tickets are also available online for groups over 20 (see Tickets). However, it is recommended that group reservations be made by phone or fax and paid either on the day of the visit or when formalizing your reservation. Keep in mind that there are no refunds if fewer people show up on the day of the visit.

NOTE:

There is no charge for booking in advance and saves you from standing in line at the ticket office.
Advance ticket payment is optional. You may pay on the day of your visit by credit card or cash.
Advance payment is required for online ticket purchases and no refunds can be made.
You will be sent a letter of confirmation, which should be presented at the group ticket window a few minutes before your scheduled visit time.
Groups of over 50 will be split into smaller groups to avoid crowding at the entrance.
