Password recovery

To recover your password you will need your ID document or passport and Museum Members Card to hand. Once you have completed all fields correctly, your password will be sent to you at the e-mail address you entered on registering.

You'll find your member number below your name on your card.

Only enter the number (no letters). In the event of a Family Membership Card, enter the ID number of the cardholder.
